Our delivery cylinders have been proven in the market ever since they were introduced in 2009. They are hardened, with a case-hardening depth of over 1.2 mm on the ID.

The bore is honed and super-finished to a surface finish of less than 0.3 µm Ra — which means a very long seal life for the delivery piston / ram. They outperform chrome cylinders on service life, yet cost far less.

We offer spare tube sub-assemblies of the hydraulic differential cylinders — the drive cylinders that operate the delivery cylinders.

Piston rods, pistons, piston rings, glands and seal kits for these cylinders are also available, and we can custom build these parts to our customers’ needs.

Everything that keeps the hopper agitator turning — machined agitator shafts, bearing housings, mounting flanges and brackets, bushes, and the seals that keep concrete out of the bearings.

We believe in constant improvement of existing products, alongside innovative products to replace them. Our delivery pistons come with a unique, user-friendly split design.

The body of the delivery piston is a one-time investment. The seals are replaceable — and need replacing far less often than rubber-moulded pistons. Our delivery piston seals are among the best in the business for seal life, and last longer still in our delivery cylinders.
